- Any electrical components installed by Conway Electric that fail to perform as designed by the manufacturer’s intended use will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge if your Conway Electric Membership Plan is in good standing. Failure of fixtures through abuse, neglect, vandalism, fire, flood, earthquake, or others trying to repair will NOT be covered. The results of ordinary wear and tear, such as scratches or finish blemishes, will NOT constitute cause for replacement.
- To ensure trouble-free operation of eligible material, we must thoroughly inspect your home’s entire electrical system annually.
- Installations must comply with all local codes.
- Other conditions may be required for eligibility as determined by our electricians.
- Maintenance or alteration of eligible material by anyone other than our company will void the warranty.
